Our syrache is full of bright fruits on the nose and palate especially cherries. Perfectly balanced acidity and rounded tannins. Aromas abound with mocha, blackberries, earth and pepper - a true treat for the palate. The flavors are of concentrated dark fruit and orange peel with a hint of cherry at the end.
